Account & Data Deletion Request
Videoke Pro Data Policy
In compliance with Google Play Console requirements, Videoke Pro users can request the complete deletion of their account and associated data.
What will be deleted:- Your account profile (username, email, password hashes)
- Saved playlists and favorites
- Subscription history and tokens
What will be retained (and for how long):
- Anonymized streaming logs (retained for 90 days for analytics)
- Financial transaction records (retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance)
Instructions: Enter the email address associated with your Videoke Pro account below. Once submitted, our team will process your request and permanently delete your eligible data within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
