Agreement for Using the VideokePro Platform
By accessing or using VideokePro, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. To ensure system stability and fair usage, Account Sharing is strictly regulated. Regular users are permitted 5 concurrent sessions, while Premium users are permitted 10. Attempting to bypass these limits may lead to temporary account suspension.
YouTube API Usage
VideokePro is a third-party interface for YouTube. By using this site, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not host, own, or license any of the music videos found through our search feature; we provide a curated queuing and playback environment for existing YouTube content.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium access is granted upon verification of a valid GCash Payment Reference. Please allow a reasonable time for our administrators to verify and activate your account. All payments for premium access are final and non-refundable once the service has been activated.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using VideokePro for any illegal purposes or to upload offensive material as custom avatars. We reserve the right to "Ban" or delete any user account found to be in violation of these standards or attempting to manipulate the queuing system.
Limitation of Liability
VideokePro provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any interruptions in service caused by YouTube API changes, server downtime, or your personal internet connection. We do not guarantee the availability of specific songs at any given time.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
