At VideokePro, we are committed to protecting your privacy while providing the best possible karaoke experience. This policy explains how we handle your data across our queuing system, remote control features, and premium services.
1. Account & Premium Information
To provide a personalized experience, we collect your email and display name during registration. For users upgrading to **Premium Status**, we securely store your GCash Payment Reference Number solely for the purpose of manual verification and account activation by our administrators. We do not store credit card or bank account details.
2. YouTube API & Custom Keys
Our search and playback features are powered by YouTube API Services. By using VideokePro, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you choose to use a Custom YouTube API Key, it is stored locally on our system to ensure your search quota remains private and uninterrupted. We do not access your YouTube account details.
3. Session Tracking & Security
To prevent account sharing and ensure stability, we track Concurrent Login Sessions. Regular accounts are limited to 5 active sessions, while Premium accounts are allowed up to 10. When you reach this limit, our system automatically rotates your sessions, expiring the oldest login to protect your account from unauthorized access.
4. Usage Data (Favorites & Scores)
We store your Favorites List (up to 150 songs) and your **Karaoke Performance Scores** to allow you to track your progress and quickly access your preferred music. This data is associated specifically with your User ID and is not shared with any third-party marketing services.
5. Player Locking & Remote Devices
Our platform uses **Browser Local Storage** to identify your device as a "Master Player" or "Remote Control." This allows us to "Lock" the video player to one screen, preventing accidental interruptions during a performance. This data is stored locally on your device and does not track your physical location.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information (Favorites, Scores, Avatars) as long as your account remains active. You may request total data deletion at any time by contacting us through our social media support channels.
